The Musky Cup is the premier Musky tournament in Northwestern Ontario. Created by experienced guide and avid Musky hunter Byron Walker, he saw the need for a local tournament for all levels of Musky hunters and the Nestor Falls Musky Cup was born. The inaugural event in 2012 attracted 15 teams and has grown each year.
2025 Nestor Falls Musky Cup Winners
Jessie Baker and Doug Wegner
Jesse and Doug won the Nestor Falls Musky Cup Cup with a Day 1 total of 97.5 inches and a Day 2 total of 67 inces for a grand total of 184.5 inches. They also set a record for the highest one day total (Day 1 total of 97.5) and the highest total for the tournament (184.5 inches).
Dallas Mosbeck and Joe Peterson placed second with a grand total of 173 inches.
Mike Gate and John Garret placed third with a total of 171 inches for the tournament.
Andrew Rideout and Zac Buwalda won the Chainfish prize with a 52" Musky.
